Dear Kiwi,
Why do you believe that God would only create people a certain way and then tell all others they are wrong and bad? Explain to me when you made the choice to be straight? If being gay is such a choice and thereby wrong, then could you, right now, today, choose to be gay?
If being gay is not a choice and this man was born the way that he is, why then is he not aloud to believe in God? Where in the Bible does God or Jesus say that God is not for everyone…on the contrary, the Bible and Jesus both strongly tell that God is for everyone! You and any Christian should rejoice at the belief that any person…sinner or not….loves and believes in God. To deprive anyone of that right goes against everything that the Bible stands for, but that within itself is aberrant and any Christian Leader making such boastful claims of denouncing human beliefs should be stripped of their robes and duties because they are the greatest sinners in his kingdom. Jesus himself said that “most of those who believe will be the last to enter in to the kingdom of heaven”.
Love, Honor and Respect all human kind no matter how different they are. That is the true message…not hate!
